COVID-19
Sydney Animal Hospitals would like to let you know that we are here for you and your pets. We are available as usual to keep your pets happy and healthy.
In response to recommended guidelines on social distancing Sydney Animal Hospitals has a non-contact protocol in place. When you arrive at your local Sydney Animal Hospital we will give you instructions on the procedure. We appreciate your help and co-operation at this time.
While we always have rigorous hygiene in our hospitals, we have implemented additional, precautionary measures to protect our pet owners and staff from COVID-19, by providing hand sanitizer at the entrance of all our hospitals, frequent disinfecting of all door handles, chairs and bench tops of all our waiting room and consulting rooms. All areas in public contact are disinfected continuously.
Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and that we will follow the advice and recommendations from expert health organisations and act accordingly.
The Government announced strong social distancing guidelines on the 29th March 2020. Sydney Animal Hospitals complies with these, enabling clients to access veterinary services.
The Government has also recently declared veterinary services as an essential service and indicated that we should continue to operate during the COVID19 crisis.

If you require medications, parasite control, pet nutrition, pet food or any other over the counter service please come to your hospital during opening hours. We will ask that you do not enter the building and simply follow the instructions given on your arrival.
