IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

As per NSW Government regulations – Department of Primary Industries. Pets can visit a grooming salon for immediate welfare reasons, i.e, if they are currently suffering or about to suffer (e.g showing signs of matting, skin issues, over heating or poor hygiene).

Should your pet require grooming due to these reasons, and you are not living in a LGA of concern, please book online or call the salon direct to make an appointment.

As per NSW Government regulations to keep everyone safe and to help us stay open for your pets, we are operating by a NON-CONTACT pet transfer therefore there will be no client access inside Hot Dog Cool Cat, please see steps below;

STEP 1 – After assessing your pet, Click HERE to make an appointment online or call the salon direct 9058 8566

STEP 2 – Non contact pet drop off and pick up

Upon arrival please ring the bell located at the gate (do not enter the salon at any time), a team member will come and give you instructions for contactless drop off. Dogs must be on a secure lead and harness. Cats must be in a secure carrier. One person ONLY per household to drop off and pick up your pet from the salon, masks are mandatory, always keep a safe social distance as per sqm rule

Once your pet has been groomed and is ready to go home, our team will call or text you for pick up. Payment to be made over the phone or by contactless tap and go eftpos terminal – Sorry No cash payments can be accepted. Please note – If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or have been directed by Government Authorities to self-isolate, are waiting Covid test results or have been in close contact with anyone who has Covid, please cancel your appointment.

Please know that we are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation and that we will follow the advice and recommendations from expert health organisations and act accordingly. As the safety and wellbeing of our pet owners and staff will always be Hot Dog Cool Cat top priority.
