Dr Kate Mills

Veterinarian

Dr Kate Mills (BVSchonsMANZCVS(Sug)

Is a veterinarian at Sydney Animal Hospitals Newtown. She graduated from Sydney university in 1997 and in 2004 obtained her membership to the Australian college of veterinary scientists in Veteinary surgery. .

Kate is a member of the Australian veterinary association and also sits on the the NSW Goverment Animal Welfare Advisory Comittee.

She has worked as a small animal clinician for 20 years  and has particular interests in surgery , internal medicine and animal welfare . She has also participated in desexing schemes in rural NSW, worked as a volunteer for wildlife animal rescue in Thailand and been involved in the Uni is Sydney veterinary student mentoring program.

Kate has lived in the inner west since being teenager and her own dog Frankie is a regular patient at Sydney Animal Hospitals Newtown.
